We will replace your purchase, issue a credit for future purchase, or refund the purchase price, excluding all shipping and handling costs. Even though we take every precaution to assure that, your order arrives in perfect condition, we will not be held responsible for late, or damages caused by the shipping carriers. However, we will file a damage claim for you with the carrier.
